I believe now more than ever it&#8217;s so important to be kind to ourselves, to breathe, press pause, reflect, re-discover our creative energy and re-ignite our sparkle!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Little Palm is intended to be a blend of art, creativity and wellness &#8211; a lifestyle space where I hope to share with you a blend of creative ideas, mindfulness tips, discoveries and personal stories from my own messy, colourful world.
